I am newly diabetic (type 2) and have made a lot of changes over the past 2 months since my diagnosis. My goals for this 8 Week Challenge, will be:

1. Lose additional weight, 2-8 pounds by May 31st
2. Continue keeping my glucose readings in the normal category
3. Build enough endurance to do my rider at home in 10-15 minute increments by May 31st
