I have reached my goal of lowering my A1C I am at 6.1 from 11. I still need to lose 8 more pounds. I can not exercise do to recent back surgery but I can walk and do walk at least 1/2 to 1 mile a day. Good luck to all. emoticon

MY GOALS
Track Glucose before and after every meal.
Reach goal weight of 170. Today weight is 183.4.
Track food daily.
Strength training 3/week.
Cardio training 3/week.
