My goals are to reduce my stress at work or at least how I respond to stress and also to treat my body with more respect (eat in a more healthy manner, exercise, get 8 hours of sleep, loose weight down to 150 pounds). I started using Spark people Oct 31. I started at weigh in at 216 and today I am down to 195. I have been using Spark people to track my exercise, water, and food and this has been a successful combination. I will go back and have another A1C done in February.
