After years of being hypoglycemic, I now have hyperglycemia. I have always tried to control what I ate, but within these last two years I have slacked on exercise....A LOT!!! So now I have to do the right thing and get my butt in gear and exercise daily. So here are my goals:

1. Eat right, ensure carb intake is no more the 45g per meal, 15g per snack.
2. Cardio 4X a week
Strength 3X a week
3. Continue to track food here on Sparkpeople.com
4. Talk to others regarding diabetes
5. Read and educate myself further about diabetes
