making use of this site a few years now - nutritionist at V A turned me on to it - it helps to KNOW how much you take in VS what you use up
put it on 1 day at a time
can take it off 1day at a time - just pay attention to what trainers have to say and keep at it & you will see results
better you work it faster results & if not as pumped out about it results will be way slower
your option

I do not have diabetes yet, and I don't want it, however; I am knocking at the door and I just need to back away slowly. I thought I'd give this a try - see what happens.
