You can do it. Sounds like you are motivated. 24 pounds in 14 months is very good, when it comes off slower you are changing to better nutrition and it stays off better. emoticon

My A1C is 6.2. I've been a type II diabetic for 13 years. I have a long list of medical problems and on more meds than I can count. My doctor asked I keep my blood sugars 150 and below. I need to exercise more. I have a tendency to lag in that area. I'm down 24 lbs but it has taken me 14 months. So my goal is to keep my A1C where it is at or lower. To exercise more. I'll continue at my slow steady pace of losing

My goal is to keep my A1C low as it is now 6.6, and to lose 30 pounds in the next 12 months.

My eight-week goal is to loose nine pounds and get my morning glucose readings below 130. I plan to accomplish this by eating clean and by getting moving - exercising at least four times a week. My morning blood sugar readings are now in the 150's and my weight is 218.2.
