I am setting three simple goals for the next eight weeks.

Goal one:

I will eat withing my prescribed carbohydrate (25-40g) range for each meal three times daily.
I will participate in three Spark People strength building activities each week for eight weeks.
I will participate in two weekly discussions for the Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge for eight weeks.

Hopefully, my small changes will become new habits.

Just Believe!
