Still trying to sort out this challenge. I have been on SP for 90 days trying to break a plateau and to help me prep for hip surgery in the fall. I am T2 diabetic but have that well under control. Exercise for 50-70+ minutes almost every day.
The biggest reason to be here is to help me bust through this plateau. Been at 200 lbs for almost 2 years. Hopefully this time around I will bust this and get down to my goal of 170 lbs.
