Make changes for the whole family. You can make meals and freeze individual portions or enough for another family meal. It is a journey make small changes everyday​. We learn something new everyday in finding foods and meals that work for us. It also helps to learn and be mindful of how too many carbs makes your body feel. I tend to lose energy and even slur my words.

Hi my name is Tiffany. I've tried to do several challenges. I completed one. Just found out a month ago that I have diabetes. So I need to change the way I eat and I need to exercise more. I work in a warehouse but July 1st will be 26 years. So my body is used to all the walking I do there. I am 47 have a son that needs me and 2 grandkids.
