I am sorry, I posted my goals on another's post. I am still trying to get used to this.
My goals:

Lose 8 pounds in 8 weeks (Feb 27, 2016
Eat Five fruits/veggies daily
Drink 8 glasses water daily
30 minutes activity, either exercise or outdoor work
Gym 3 days week minimum
Check sugar at least 1 time daily
take meds as prescribed
