I am a Type 2 diabetic on metformin. I have been using the food and exercise diary and have been tracking my food for 3 week (lost 3 pounds). I have been eating 2000-2200 calories per day and have walked 4-5 days a week for 60 minutes. Now I am ready to lower my calorie intake to focus more on weight reduction. My biggest problem is portion control.

Hello spark people. .I have been avoiding the things that I know have to be apart of my everyday life...exercising and eating right..So I can't and I won't give up..,I am here to stay..today is the first day of the best of my life.
