Restarting this challenge from week 1 because I didn't understand that it was an actual challenge last time. Thought it was just a team, so didn't read or do the weekly challenges. I have some physical limitations so exercise is sometimes (read often) problematic, but will try the best I can. Good luck to us all. Diabetes is a growing problem in the US and we all need to get a handle on it. I don't know about anyone else, but I want to be as active and healthy as I can as I watch my darling grandson grow up.

My husband and I are starting this challenge together. Over the next 8 weeks, my husband wants to lose 15 pounds and I want to lose 10 pounds. We want to develop an exercise habit.
