Hello,

I did this challenge a couple of years ago and it helped me successfully lower my A1C from the borderline 5.7 down to normal 5.2. Since I still have symptoms and now the doc won't check my A1C until next year I am doing this again.

Challenge goals:
1. Learn
2. Lose 5% of my body weight
3. Get back into the following habits--logging in here, exercising daily, adding veggies to every meal.
