im bummed out, i gained 3lbs last week :-( and my fbs is in the 150 range, the rain kept me from doing my pool aerobics and the lack of sunshine made me depressed and i didnt do any exercise indoors. it's also mango season and my son has mango trees, they are only around 100 calories but i think they make my blood sugar spike and i eat too many. today i have to turn things around, what is it they say?, if you don't change the factors you end up with the same results...........i'm going to track my biggest meal of the day FIRST....like dinner, i always look forward to dinner, its an important family time and with all the cook shows on tv its something i plan on, shop for , cook and make a fuss over. then i will work around my other meals and snacks with smarter carb and calorie control.' good luck everyone on taking control.......... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I was doing well, lost 10% of my weight, brought my A1c down to 6.3 from 7.1. Can't seem to get back on track. I'm hoping this group can help motivate me to exercise more, track my food daily, and take my glucose readings more regularly. Need all the help I can get!
