yes, Your exercises you can add what you do. and tell them if its strenght and toning or cardio or f lexiblity. For example When I do my physical therapy, it is 1/2 hour of exercises. But you don't see the words physical therapy. So I type the words physical therapy and i enter the how many reps I do of what and how long I do it for. Walking is a great exercise and the website can figure out how many calories were burned. I go for the average. I have done the video exercises. so i use the "desk video exercise calaorie tracking and enter that as my calorie burned during physical therapy

it is never too late to start the challenge. Matter of fact the challenge starts when you sign up for it. I just completed week two. Come aboard its worth the time and effort.

As far as your workouts go, you might just need to find activities that are close to what you did. Can you give an example of something you can't find in the database?

I don't know about the exercise part, but you can manually enter foods not found. A trick I've learned is to save it in your favorites so you won't have trouble finding it next time.

am I to late to join this 8 week challenge ? I need to get my numbers down and lose weight. I have about 75lbs to lose. I am doing the workouts but cant get them in my tracker cause the workouts I do are not in there. I also cant add food I eat that are not in the food tracer , can someone help me?
