New goal after studying my walking pattern with my pedometer . I discovered that it takes me 3000 step to equal 1 mile. My goal has always been to walk 5 miles a day. To add a little more to the picture 5 mi = 15000 steps by the end of the year. emoticon

The 2 goals I am mainly focusing on would be my low carb plan and exercise. Starting with these main 2 should help my levels come down. emoticon
