My starting goal is to lose 15 pounds by September. I need to lose 60 pounds and have lost 2 so far. In doing so, I hope to lower my A1C to 6.5 from 7.0 as my doctor has suggested. I also want to feel better and have more energy. My challenges are that my body is very sensitive to the smallest changes and so I battle with low blood sugars. I have type 1 diabetes with little to no complications and would love to keep it that way.
