I did well food wise and I walk alot but I want to get in some strength training so I am still working on my goal to get that in three times this week. I lost four pounds so I am happy about that.

Thank you everyone, this is a big hurdle to overcome this week, me and excercise do not get along right now. I walk every day and I have an active job, so when I get home I am tired! But I am mentally preparing myself, it is only fifteen minutes, I can do fifteen minutes before plopping into my chair and watching TV!!!

This is my first week of this challenge and my goal this week is to work out for fifteen minutes three times this week. That is going to be my focus, and no matter how long it takes I will meet this goal.
