i have a stack of "sit down " work out dvd's, i just cant get motivated. someone in a message reminded me of doing things on the wii, i had forgotten about that for an exercise tool. i think im motivated again!!! and also i was wondering what to do different on the 4th. i think ill dust it off, i bought it for the grandkids a few years back, but now they all are doing "real" things. think about it if you have one..........ive even worked up a sweat trying to beat my other half bowling. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
