couldn't you exercise in the evening. If you need to do steps in place and get your 5 or 10K that way. Park the furthest point from the doctor's office. Leave early have your sister drop you off a mile away from the office and walk from there. Your sister can wait in the office for you. There are all kind of creative ways to get your exercise in.

Tomorrow I needed to take my sister to the dr's. So my obstacle is how do I fit in my exercise in. Dr's appt. is two hours....traveling time 1 hour...Ok why is this an obstacle. It comes right in the middle of my exercise time. In the cool of the morning. Afternoons have never been my exercise time. It's my rest time. What if I don't exercise.....do I fall off the exercise wagon. In the past it has been very hard to get back on. emoticon
