My suggestion would be to ask your doctor or physical therapist what kinds of upper body exercises are safe to try at this point. They would be the best source of information based on where you are in the recovery process.

I am 9 weeks post op for rotator cuff surgery and am limited in upper body movement. I walk on the treadmill and do an incline walk to 15, changing incline every 2 minutes. It is a great workout but I am missing the body strength part. I looked at the limited mobility videos but they are about limited lower body movements. Anything for limited upper body movements?
