my ahprt term goal is to do the eight week diabetic challenge, so I can live my life to the upmost fullest.

Change walking goal to minimum of 30 mins a day....stationary bike 15 mins daily.

Good morning, adding new goal. Very carb sensitive cutting all white foods for diet. Week 1 Day 4 BS to low adjusting insulin today cutting another five units. Weight still hasn't moved. emoticon

HI! my name is RITA, First thing you need to do is set up a new eating plan, how many calories you should eat per- meal. The nutrition chart at the end will show if you're eating nutritionally and it will tell you what to eat to correct any excesses or deficiency. Use that as a plan to correct any mistakes you made in the past day's.

All things are possible through Jesus Christ JUST BELIEVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Is my third time trying to start a program (2nd time for this particular one) here. The directions seems unclear as to what to do but at least I have gotten this far this time. Thanks for the welcome, I may need your help and guidance to navigate my way through and not get caught up in the advertisements and offers. My goal for joining the 8 week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge is to lose 16-20 pounds and learn some healthy eating habits so that my Pre-diabetes diagnosis does not turn into full blown Diabetes.
