I just started yesterday and have to admit I was totally out of control. This morning I woke with a better attitude and have started my day with a cup of yogurt with homemade granola consisting of almonds, wheat germ and oatmeal toasted with honey, cinnamon and a teaspoon of orange juice. It is very good to say the least. A recipe I got from the Diabetic magazine. So my plan is to eat it up, take my meds and go out in the yard with my pups and do some yard work. Wish me luck that I do not gorge myself today, its a new day and I plan on a new start to a good habit. Good luck to everyone.
