I have to say I haven't been this motivated in quite a few years. Thank you everyone who has been posting! It is so nice to read success storys. This is my first week here, and I have done pretty well staying focused and tracking my meals. I find myself saying "I can DO this!!" and with all these great postings and advice it makes for an easier life changing transition. I am still working on navigating around the website but I am finding my way. I used to use weight watchers online, and their website was not even close to being as good as this one. I have a wonderful feeling that SparkPeope will be my saving grace to a better healthier future for me and my family,

Keep the advice coming!!!

God Bless,

Some questions. Where do you do your night eating? What are you doing while you eat? I find I have to make my own rules about where and when to eat. When other people tell me what to do I rebel, even if it was what I was going to do before. I made a rule I was not going to eat in my bedroom (which was where I did a lot of my night binging). I also began writing everything I eat down, before I eat it. This helps with sweets and chips.

Welcome back! You have several important reasons to make lasting lifestyle changes, and I'm glad that you are ready to work on making these changes. You might think about what happened to cause the weight regain, and what you can do differently this time. You'll find lots of support and encouragement here!

I just rejoined Spark. I lost 12 pounds using Spark and gained it back and some once I stopped. I'm pre-diabetic. I had gestational diabetes while pregnant. My mom has tyoe 1 and blind in one eye because of it. My main issue is snacking at night time. My first goal is to stop snacking at night time.
