Ok.. I'm getting back into posting weekly weighins.. Last Weds I weighed in at 219. So not much weight loss that my last post - but it's a start! No matter what day you weigh in - sometimes posting it to others helps give us that extra gumption to press on!

Ok ladies - I like the sound of Weighin Wednesday! Haha! I think it's a good day of the week to weighin to help flush out any bloat we might get over the weekends due to on the run eating, date nights or whatever. Last week I weighed myself at 220.6. This week I am weighin in 220 flat. I didn't fully start this past week, so that is a nice surprise! I'm aiming for a 1-1.5lb weight loss each week. Check in here with your weighins! Doesn't matter if it's a Wednesday or not! Let's keep each other accountable and give encouragement and praise where needed!
