Hi,

emoticon . Good for you! I will be doing mine on either Friday or this Saturday. I may repeat the training until I can run at least 10 - 15 minutes at a time, hopefully take on the running 5 K challenge. Good luck on your next effort. emoticon . Unofficially I did the race a couple of days ago and came in 44 minutes walk/jog. I am going to try and best my time by at least 3 minutes but talk is cheap so, wish me luck.

Best Regards

Freddy
