Well, I am not really using Spark's program, but I am am using C25k. W2D1 went well, but I will be evaluating if I will do day 2 tomorrow based off the tightness in my left calf. Hoping some ibuprofen and lots of water (and the possibility of a warm bath) will loosen it up before 4 pm tomorrow. emoticon
