Day 2 done.....taking it slower on the jog portion, and it seems to be working much better for me. This is about my third or 4th try to get past week 2.

Nice work! Proud of myself today too. Did Day 1 of Week 2, then walked another 3 miles. Felt really good! Let's get through this!!!!

Hey! I'm on week two also :) I had day one today. I'm sort of modifying the spark people walk/jog plan with one of the couch to 5k plans. It was icy out today, so I didn't do as much as I had. I was SO SORE last week, but it seems a little easier this week. The first minute or two isn't as bad now on the run.

Glad it is getting better for you too! I don't think I'm getting faster, so good job *claps hands* :)

Thought I'd give a follow up report if anyone happens to read this. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of activity on this team site. Kind of disappointing.
Anywho, the first interval was rough, but the rest of them were better and I was even able to go faster. It went well! I'm very proud of myself. I'll be a runner before I know it!

A little apprehensive about running 1 1/2 and losing an extra walking minute. I'm going to give it my college try though. Who else is out there running this week?
