This morning I went out for my walk/jog and it was great, at first I didn't this I was going to be able to do the jog, but ever since I started this program I have push a little at a time to jog. Today I walked and then I jogged, wow was I surprised what a great feeling. And there was no pain in my lower back or hip when I got home :-) emoticon
