Well, it sounds like you are doing great to me. I usually walk with an elastic band on my leg and today, I unwisely used a smaller one. After my first jog, my knee let me know it didn't like the change. I took it off and continued the session and I was fine. I always have to ice afterwards, but at least I got through. Day three of walk/jogging is for 31.5 min. Because of my route, I'm already doing that, so I know I can finish. You are a little ahead of me and I am proud of you for doing your best. I like going out in the morning, when I can, and getting the exercise out of the way. It also gets me going for the rest of the day. Success to you today.

I just started my week 3 and did my walk/run when I first got up! emoticon I'm not quite following the plan ~ I can barely jog for a minute. So, right now I'm just walking and jogging as best as I can. Today I did my workout inside ~~ walk/jog in place. I did a lot better today. I was able to jog for 2-3 minutes at a time a few times. How did you do today?

You are welcome. Since we are both at the same spot, let's check on each other. Did my week 2 walk/jog today and my knee hurt a little, but I made it. I'm hoping it gets easier and I can speed up a little. Right now, I think my jog is slower than my walk.

Hang in there Super_Ace, I am starting week 2 this week also. I took yesterday off completely and iced my knee. It feels pretty good today and I will do the cross-training first this week and start jogging/walking again tomorrow.

My first week ended up taking longer than a week ~~ about 10 days. I thought about starting all over, but I've decide to keep going. I'm starting week 2 today and I WILL DO THIS!!! emoticon I am excited about starting my second week. Please keep me in your prayers ~~ that I will keep the excitement and I will complete the trainings for this week in one week. Thanks, in advance, for all the support! emoticon
