Yes you can and you should if that is what is working for you. Keep up the great work!

Hi, my name is Amanda
I was wondering if anyone has done the cycles 7 or more tiems. What I mean is for week 2 your suppose to walk 3 mins and than jog 1.5 mins. I have done that 6 times kind of wondering if I should do it for 7 times or should I jog for 2mins. What are your thoughts?
