I guess I forgot to post my w2d2. I completed on wednesday evening. Today before breaky I completed w1d3. It was a challenge because I did it on an empty stomach- a no no for me. I wanted slow down and quit so many times. But I did not and improved my time/ distance too. I am a little worried for next week but I am up for the challenge!!!

Success is the sum of small actions repeated daily!

Well after a few days off---I was away for a mini holiday and had planned to do the workout in the hotel but the treadmill there was on the fritz and I was in an unfamiliar city and felt uncomfortable about running outside---I completed day1w2 The extra half a minute was doable but I did feel it and it had me wondering if I can do two minutes straight next week. I ran right after dinner which I think was a mistake.
