Please seek an actual running shoe store because they are trained to analyze your feet/ankles especially as you walk. That tells them what kind of shoe structure will work best for YOU. best wishes and Happy Shopping!

Thank you for your response. I am going to be honest my shoes are not the greatest, I've been wearing my old nike workout shoes, eek I know. I will be buying some new shoes this weekend. emoticon

The first thing I need to ask you is what shoes are you wearing for running? The proper running shoes that you are properly fitted with is vital. The fact that your knees are hurting raises a warning flag to me. Don't be discouraged as this is part of the process.

I'm going to have to repeat week 2. I am so upset. After week 2 day 1 my knee's had horrible pain for the two days after the run. The last 2 days my knee's have been better, I thought 100% better until I attempted to complete week 2 day 2 today. Did not happen, my knees started to get that pain in them again and I couldn't jog more than 5 seconds. I am so discouraged, I was doing so well. Have you guys experienced such knee pain? How long did it last? I just want to be able to jog!!!! I have the endurance, just not the knees :(
