I did another short walk around the neighborhood. My leg is feeling better. Will try to do a run tomorrow.

The walk felt good and then I did some gardening which is hauling the buckets of water to water said garden.

and my son bought a nice home gym for himself but he so wants me to use it to help with my strength training.

thanks Ideborah- If I can do this running at all I'll look into some good shoes. and I even realizze that if I had good shoes now It may make a difference. I have some new balance shoes that are fairly new. can't remmber if they were running or just a workout shoe, They are light weight though

Ryka makes excellent shoes designed for women. Saucony also makes great shoes, but I prefer Ryka. You can find them at DSW. Hope this helps. Good shoes really do make a difference.

This is the last time I'm losing this weight.

still hurts to run, I did walk .5 today.

Got to let my leg heal here.

I did do my noridc track which doesn't hurt the muscle I pulled. for 55 min,
and the short walk and then upper body strength training.

Goodhappens, I have no idea. I'm just wearing what I already own which may not evern be a running shoe.

I'm just seeing IF I can run. I had a bunion cut off a year ago. I couldn't hardly walk before that, so running this is just to see if I can even do it.

I'm doing the walk/jog training.

I do something every day exercise wise. Today is more my rest day but I usually take a short walk in the neighborhood.

I pulled/strained a leg muscle last week so I'm hoping that it will be better tomorrow so I can get back to the training.
