Hi there, I started week 1 day 1 today.
Been a few weeks since I've been regularly exercising and I'm not too fit to begin with.
Made it half way before I got a serious stitch, like a strong pain that I couldnt push through.
I've had stitches all the time growing up , normally they go away but all i could do was finish at a slower pace, couldnt stick to the intervals.
Is this because I'm out of shape and maybe went too hard to fast...? Any tips for me? Any1 had the same thing? I really want to continue with this training. Thanks so much for your help!
