I love walk away the pounds. I change it up with walking outside.
In the winter, I use them every day. I'm new to this team. I have signed up for 3 5K coming up.

Other WALKING DVD's i have - and started using - just for a change of pace - is from Prevention Magazine - the one I am using now is walking and also incorporates a 5/6 days plan doing something different every day...

I love her walking DVDs and keep them handing for switching things. I use weighted gloves for a boost.

I think that you're off to a great start. Without using a treadmill or going outside, I think it's about the best idea that I could think of. I like WATP too. :)

Hi - I've used WATP videos and now DVD's for a good number of years and I like them especially if it get's too hot - or it's raining- to walk outside.

I have several of her dvd;s and a quite old tape - think it may be the 1st one she made it's somewhere between 10-16 years old.

I do not like to walk outside (ticks surround our house & I've gotten Lyme disease before). I LOVE Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds series. I'm wondering if anyone has done a modified training plan using dvd's.
Tonight, I did a 2 mile walk, but every 3 minutes I jogged in place for a minute. I'm not sure how I can do this for the 5 week training period, so I was hoping for some Spark People input!
