Well today I did my second run!! My sister in law brought over her treadmil for us to store in our shed since they got a new couch. I knew there was no way I could let that go to waste so we ended up just setting it up in the house. I have always hating using a treadmil...but this time I just on some music and actually had a really good time. I can already tell how big of a difference it will make while doing this challenge in the winter! I followed it up with day 6 of the 28 day bootcamp and I feel crazy energized!! I have tried workouts in the past ( and wasted way too much money on overpriced gyms) but this is the first time ive ever felt energized after workouts as opposed to exhausted. I am honestly so blessed to have found sparkpeople!!

There is this first excitement about first runners, we tend to run too fast and too hard. But I will rather have you start on a normal pace so that you do not get worn as you go on. I want you to take it easy because there are big runs ahead. I am also happy that it is more of fun to you than work, with this mindset you will succeed in the long run.

Ok today is W1D1 for me. I started off way too strong with my first jog. Looking back it was more of a full on run which I was not prepared for. The next set of jogs I actually did at a pace that was reasonable. It was fun an I am excited for the next one!! Looking forward to this challenge!
