Week one went mostly well for me. On the first day, I started out roughly but ended up finishing the workout day one. I also ended up doing more time than I was supposed to for that day because I had a hard time tracking minutes. Things went well.
The second day wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I was surprised that it went better than expected. Day three was good too, even though there was five extra minutes added to the workout. I thought that it was an error at first, but then it turns out I misunderstood.
So yep! :) First week went well. Looking forward to this week.
