It is awesome that you could make it through the first week, and I can truly assure you that you will do this effortlessly. You need to really psyche yourself into doing this, except if there is a negative report from your doctor. But even when you cannot run it, try to walk it.

I've managed to make it through week one despite my chronic lack of energy. I haven't done much else as far as fitness goes. a total of 30 minutes strength training and no cross-training. And I would like to say that this is more difficult than I thought it would be!
