Congratulations on finishing week 1 despite your obstacles. I just started yesterday and may have trouble with my knee, so I have been encouraged to just keep at it when I can like you did. Thanks for sharing.

Well week one is done. Still feel great. I feel I am ready to move to week 2 I improved my time each day and really feel I could run for 1.5 min, just hope 3 min instead of 4 is enough to recover this old bod. I ran this one the next day after day 2 to try catch up. Will do w2d1 on Friday. I will be on a hotel but I am sure it has a wo room so I should be able to make it work. My calf is still tight but feels better than last time running to I hope it is improving.

I am doing day 2 of week one today. I was supposed to get up early and get it done in the am but I ended up having to go into work and work physically(very hard) all morning. I am not using that as an excuse to not do day 2, I will do it tonight. by the end of the first wo I had some calf pain. I pulled a calf muscle about a month ago at work and could hardly walk on it...I didn't think I was still feeling it until the 25-30 minute treadmill wo---hope it is OK today.

So I started after hesitating for three days. Why the hesitation who knows. But I feel good and forgot how great my body feels after running. I completed a c25k two years ago and then fizzled the whe healthy routine so I am back to square one again. I have been eating well for couple of weeks now and am ready to incorporate the exercise. I plan to finish this plan then move on to c25k all running.
