I jumped to week 3 and I started doing it today. It was harder running/jogging 2 minutes maybe because it was hot already at 10:00 am and I was hitting a few hills when I was running but I am done for today and I feel good emoticon

I started today 7/15, I started on mid week two (walk 3 minutes and jog for 1.5 six times repeat) It was easy for me but I am used to running, I just haven't done for about 2 years. I wanted to start form zero to see how I do with my injuries. So far, so good. I'll keep posting my experience as the time goes by.

Good Job on starting today! Sometimes that is the hardest thing - just to get going. Hope the cold goes away soon, but in the meantime keep that vitamin C coming!!!

Ok. I signed up last week with all the best intentions. Unfortunately I never followed through. Kicked myself in the butt this morning and decided today is the day! My 2 younger children decided to help me (son 14, daughter 9), and although they were running circles around me it definitely made the time go faster. Have to say though, I had to stop half way through, even just the walking was making me cough (guess I should have waited until my cold was gone). Didn't completely quit though. Did some stretches and crunches, and then got back up and finished my last minute of jogging and 4 minutes of walking. Hope the cold's gone soon, I really think I could have done the whole thing without too much problem if I hadn't started coughing.
