Yesterday I completed week 1 and I feel really good about it. I did not like having two days of rest in between the second and third run, because I felt sluggish and out of rhythm. I'll continue to cross train with just walking on the rest days. Maybe I'll add some strength training in on those days as well. I've kept on track with my meal plan, with only 1 day of going over my limits. As of this morning I have lost 3 pounds since Monday. I'm pretty proud of that, because I know that I earned it! The pain in every joint of my body is screaming "You Earned It"!
