Thank you very much for the encouragement, and good luck to you as well. I found that once I pre-registered for the 5K that I felt more committed to doing it. A friend of mine, who is a runner, had given me that advice, and I think it's good advice to pass on. Thanks again!

It is amazing how good you feel when you get done exercising! I just joined this team yesterday and I hope it will motivate me in doing my first 5K. KHOPEFULLY you are off to a good start so keep up the good work. I am praying to finish strong! emoticon

I completed the first walk/jog of the program and I can feel it this morning. I have plenty of soreness in my ankles, calves, and thighs, but nothing too overwhelming. My plan today is to do a lot of stretching, and maybe take a walk this evening. I'm off to a good start and I feel optimistic!
