I know I'm late getting this going but we still have 20 days to go! I am going to keep this simple since we aren't really going to have "teams" we don't really need to keep track of points. BUT, what I want each of you to do is set a goal for each category and see if you can achieve that!

The 3 parts will be chat, fitness and nutrtion.

Nutrition- I'm going to do this a little different but I think it will be very beneficial. I'm going to have you state your own nutritional criteria and then give yourself a daily grade on how well you ate and/or met your criteria!
Ex: if my criteria was drink 64 oz water, have at least 2 fruits/veggies a day and don't eat any sweets then if I did all of that I would get an A, if I did most of that but had a sweet I would get a B, if I didn't drink my water but had my freggies I would get a C. That is just an example. You can set your strict criteria or you can just go day by day on how you did. This is really going to help me b/c I am pretty hard on myself eating wise and that is my focus this month. I hope that helps you guys also.

(Another option would be to blog all of your food and then have a teammate grade you. I am writing food blogs in October so you guys are welcome to stop by and grade me! But I know that is more time than some people have. But if you want to be my grading partner let me know!!)
