Same thing happened to me this past Wednesday. A busy schedule meant that I didn't get to the gym before it closed, so no air conditioned treadmill run for me. I ran outside. At 10pm, I left my house into 95F weather with insane humidity (this drought/heatwave in Indiana this summer has been horrible!) and started my workout. It was awful! But I agree with others that the feeling of accomplishment when done was great. I feel like something significant has changed for me - my committment was tested and I followed through. That makes me feel proud of myself and signifies to me that I'm a much different person than I was before I started this weight loss journey.
WOOHOO on pushing through the run!!! It's a major accomplishment. I find that my spirit feels so great after making it through those workouts. Not so long ago I would have given up. Congrats:)
Not every run is going to be good. And really, how will you know if you had a good run if you don't have bad runs. The bad runs make the good runs better :)

I felt kind of sluggish during today's run. Maybe it was the heat, the route I took (a lot of uphill) or just being tired, but it felt like my legs were made of lead and my distance was not as good as it was a couple days ago.
