Great idea! I listen to my mp3 player when I walk. It makes a boring time very interesting.

A day behind schedule, but I did it!! 1.75 miles in 35 minutes! Started a new book on my iPad that really held my attention and made my walk a breeze!!! I thoroughly believe I have found my answer to my lack of oomph when I'm working out - reading! I have decided to ONLY read my iPad books when I'm on the treadmill or stationary bike - I think it's going to be the answer to my success!!
