Don't get discouraged. The fact that you are walking at least a 5k is great. Maybe you need to shake things up a bit. Do you like to swim? Is there somewhere you can swim. If not, try going farther and who knows... next thing you know you'll be doing a 1/2 marathon. Good luck.

Im at the end of week one and have already completed some better than 5 k walks. Ive been walking now for a few months but didnt think I had progessed that far
