I'm in. My week's goal is 420 minutes (7 hours) of Zumba. For the entire month it will be 1,800 minutes (30 hours).

Week One: April 1st - 7th
Goal Minutes: 420 minutes
Sunday: 140 mins of Zumba Rush
Monday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 40 mins of strength training, 30 mins of WATP, and 90 mins walk)
Tuesday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 65 mins of WATP)
Wednesday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush ( plus 40 mins of strength training, 15 mins of WATP, 45 mins of Swing Dance, and 40 mins of walking.)
Thursday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 65 mins of WATP)
Friday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 40 mins of strength training, 15 mins of WATP)

I'm in. My week's goal is 420 minutes (7 hours) of Zumba Rush. For the entire month it will be 1,800 minutes (30 hours).

Week One: April 1st - 7th
Goal Minutes: 420 minutes
Sunday: 140 mins of Zumba Rush
Monday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 40 mins of strength training, 30 mins of WATP, and 90 mins walk)
Tuesday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 65 mins of WATP)
Wednesday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush ( plus 40 mins of strength training, 15 mins of WATP, 45 mins of Swing Dance, and 40 mins of walking.)
Thursday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 65 mins of WATP)
Friday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 40 mins of strength training, 15 mins of WATP)
Saturday: 60 mins of Zumba Rush (plus 65 mins of WATP)

Week One Total Minutes: 500 mins of Zumba Rush and 550 minutes of other exercise.
