I like Januarys' challenge of 30 minutes of Zumba 3X per week to continue in February.
Anyone else?

I'm an eternal optimist. I found the Secret; the Eat to Live plan. I will be a Success Story !
I will be wearing that Little Black Dress. The Secret is consistency!

I just joined the team and this is a doable challenge. Will we be doing this in February too? It is already the 8th.

I don't have any Rhythm or coordination either but I LOVE Zumba. Perhaps I will have rhythm later. Time flies by with Zumba! My Wt loss has been great with Zumba.

I just got the Zumba Wii game through Gamefly and did all of the walk through dance steps and a 20 minute class so I did 44 minutes today. Not sure I can do it every day, but I am going to try. I'm tired, but I feel GREAT! I'm surprised I was able to do it since I have no rhythm and I lack coordination. lol It was a lot of fun!

Okay, did 31 minutes on the zimba today! Made my brother join in, since he was like "eh that won't tire me out", oh, it DID... bahahahahaha! emoticon

Well, I'm new to this team I JUST got my zumba game for the wii.. I put it right in and did a 30 min workout, beginner, and it kicked my BUTT! My shirt was SOAKED. In addition I did 15 min of the wii fit... :)

I am new to the team so I am looking forward to this challenge.
Here is my plan: Combination of zumba classes and Zumba Dance Party to make sure I am getting at least 30 min or cardio 6 days a week emoticon

Enjoy the journey.. it is a ride worth taking!

Happy New Year!!!

Let's keep the challenge going. Workout a minimum of 30 minutes with a minimum of 3x a week. Also, if you are doing anything in addition to the Zumba, feel free to post that as well.
