Gee I slacked off on posting my exercise over the last two weeks, so here is an update.
7/18, 20,25,& 27 4 mile Leslie Sansone Walking
7/19 & 21 30 minutes on an exercise bike
7/22 5 mile Leslie Sansone walk with resistance band
7/26 30 minute walk around a mall
7/28 & 29 Cleaned my house from top to bottom
7/30 10 Minute Soultion Knockout for Wii and 20 minutes Wii Fit Plus step and boxing.

7/22 - 35 minutes Elipitcal 15 minute Circuit Training
7/23 - Swimming with kids (?)
7/24 - Busch Gardens all day long(walked alot) At least 90 minutes of walking (There for 8 hours)
7/25 - 35 Elipitcal 10 minute Circuit training
7/26 - 45 Circuit training
7/27 - 30 Min. Eliptical 15 circuit training to include 6 minute glutes
7/28 - 45 min. zumba for wii
320 minutes total did not count swimming because alot of it was helping daughter swim not swimming myself.

Sorry I have not been loggin in this month. I have been doing
Eliptical 30 minutes Mon, Wed, Friday
Circuit Training 15 minutes Mon, Wed, Friday
Wii Zumba Tuesdays and Thursday 45 minutes all month long. Along with other stuff like gardening and yard work.

Zumba 2 is coming out in November, hopefully that will be more of a challenge for you. Good luck! I hope you make your breakthrough this week as well!

I had stopped doing Zumba for awhile because it seemed like the workouts were getting too easy, and my weight loss was stalled. But I think I have figured out a way to overcome that - I started wearing 10 pound weights on my body while doing the workouts, which helps add resistance. At some point I'm probably going to buy one of those weighted vests that I can wear to make it more challenging. I've also added jogging to my weekly workout routine...still need to work on my breathing while jogging though. I really want to get out of the 200's, and the scale keeps torturing me by going back and forth...204, 202, 200, then 202, etc. I'm hoping for a breakthrough this week.

July 10th - 46 mins Zumba
July 11 - treadmill 21 mins, Zumba 24 mins
July 13 - Zumba 53 mins

July 13 - 45 Minute - Class 2, Expert

July 11 - 45 Minute - Class 1, Expert and 45 minutes of walking.

July 6 - 20 Minute - Class 2, Zumba Expert. This class was tough!

Two more classes until I unlock Zumbathon! Woo hoo!!

This month we will do things a little different. Just stop by once a week and post what you are doing to stay active and healthy. Whether it be Zumba, the gym, eating differently, etc.

Let's encourage each other!
